Stone cold... that's how we describe her :) stone cold. She walked into church w/these glasses on (Chris negotiated for no hat & instead wearing glasses)... and she kept them on the whole time. Walked all the way down the aisle to children's time, sat front and center... WITH her glasses on. :) oh ... she never ceases to amaze us.
So here she is, Monday, 2/6. She decided she wanted to go outside and dressed herself.
and then she literally walked around outside, BY HERSELF, throwing balls, picking up sticks, talking to Shena (all while I was peering out the windows ;) walked almost to the grove of trees! And then she reappeared on the porch... pictured here :)
She also enjoys climbing in other people's cribs... and jumping in them :)
and she enjoys making "Wiam" laugh... which LeaAnn does easily :)
Also, Lydia has acquired a big-girl bed! Chris put it up January 15th. She stays in it... for the most part :) Until it's 5am and she decides she'd rather sleep with mom & dad ;) Oh yes, and as of YESTERDAY, she wore big-girl panties to bed and stayed dry through the night! (her decision of course)
Note the dress... she's a dress girl. "My tights! My tights! My dwess! My dwess!" would be the words she speaks 99% of mornings...
Monday, 2/13. Sick day for Lindsay - but these 2 had a great time together! Played Little People, built with blocks... and washed dishes :)
Until Lydia thought it was more fun to drench herself (and Lindsay) then Lindsay decided she'd had enough :)
And here is queen bee... in her 'valentine' attire :) She stripped herself, and wrapped the ribbon around her waist and said, "tie it mommy!"
thanks Grammy for the new playdough!
and had to document her coloring at age 2-3months (we were making Valentine treat bags). However, unlike her big sisters, Lydia likes to color on everything. Tables, chairs, herself... and I swear that Lauren & Lindsay did not do that. :)
