Also after the Pigman, the CUP soccer tournament, VBS started, and softball was continuing, Mimi & Pap drove out to Iowa with Elle & Carson! They arrived on Wednesday evening, June 10th and stayed through Sunday. They arrived at our house and we took off for softball basically :) and on top of that we had to work the concession stand for the final game! So 10:30 later, everyone was in bed to wake up for the last day of VBS :)

And on Friday night we did this! (B/c it rained of course) I found a Groupon and away we went.. they had a blast!
Perfect timing... I believe it was a 4:30 time-slot... we had the place to ourselves :)
Chris came home and started grilling... we had a feast!

And that afternoon the kids went to the Youth Phelps Pavilion in Waterloo ... we also went to the batting cages, but I don't remember when.. here's Pap!
...and I got to go on Rash Ride for a bit! Here I am with Melissa... and so, hoping Mimi can send me some pics from that?! Regardless, we had a fabulous time, and so thankful for Mom & Dad bringing our Ohio cousins here to Iowa... even if it was crappy weather ;)
