our new 'hoop'

When we returned from the reuion we discovered this in our yard! Payback from an earlier prank that Chris was in on :) A telephone pole with a milk carton on it... yes, yes, we DO in fact need a hoop. So why not? ;)

These pictures are from Saturday, 7/27...BEFORE we left for the reunion. James & Bridgette Moroney (Maggie's brother & sister-in-law) were in town, stopped over with the camping crew that we were missing and the first thing that James ALWAYS does is pick up a basketball if there is one around :D  My guess is James might have given Ryan a hint of a payback??? Just a guess.  Oh yes, not to be looked over...notice LeaAnn? Another typical face... who knows!?!

And here is Ms. Lydia and her King-Craig-y! She was ecstatic to find this crown in the house. When they stopped over, she ran in the house, walked out backwards to keep it a surprise, and then insisted he put in on :D

I adore this picture of LeaAnn ... oh! And she's NOT crying! Shocking ;)

Soloth Family Reunion 2013

Sunday, 7/28 through Tuesday, 7/30/13
Soloth Family Reunion at Honeycreek Resort State Park on Lake Rathbun

Our first afternoon/evening... we tried a game of ball :)

Like Lydia's dress? Maggie gave it to her and I've barely been able to peel it off of her to wash! ;)

These two were 'two-peas-in-a-pod'! They were picking flowers here :)

Pizza Hut pizza was an easy crowd pleaser for the first night.

The next morning we had a yoga session and here was our teacher! Yes that's right, it's Grammy/Mimi/Jeanette! :D

My instructions to Chris were document it happened with no detail shots ;)

She did an amazing job and I do so hope she teaches classes at BCHC! Side note, see LeaAnn on me? ;) Interesting trying to balance that!

Jill helping Miles.. he's a natural!

LOTS of bike riding around the circle :)

A typical face for LeaAnn... who knows!

First activity of the day, we went Geo-caching!

Chris was working so Aunt Barb volunteered to help my girls out.

She found a catepillar :)

Jod, Riley & Blake found theirs right off the bat!

We ended up having to walk quite a ways... longer than I thought ;)

Greg & Colton joined our time.

We found a fake-spider and went with that as our 'prize' we were supposed to find.  Most of the sites had been 'robbed' of their original boxes, but it was still fun to get out and explore.

That day we took bike rides, the kids went to the park. It was so different (and pleasant!) this year that it wasn't BLAZING hot! The state park is super nice, but offers no shade. Usually all we want to do is be in the water :) Here we are loading up in Brent's truck to take a pontoon ride thanks to Aunt Barb!

The dock...

9 of the cousins... Miles & Syd stayed back with Uncle Eric

Sisters!

Our driver...

Owen was working on pulling out a tooth!

It was barely hanging on!!!

Cute, cute!

Lindsay explaining her teeth to the adults ;)

This boat ride gave me hope and inspiration that someday we could boat all day! Maybe even drag a camper down to extend the vaca... assuming we got a different one ;)

Super strong boys!

Our attempt at a huge group shot :) Should have gotten a close up of the t-shirts this year, they are super cute!

Another great reunion... the kids had a blast!
