Ms. Liam woke up first around 6:30, so Chris & I tried to sneak downstairs with her and leave the other 3 sleeping... but that lasted 10 minutes :) just enough time to get coffee made ;)
They were really cute, gasping and shrieking, "Santa WAS here! Look at our stockings! Look at the presents... Lindsay LOOK at the cookies!" Happy to have it on film. Hats were popping out of the top of the stockings, hence the ones they have on in this picture. Mimi bought them the matching, SUPER comfy/snugly, monkey p.j.'s... they were allowed to open them when they arrived so they'd have them for Christmas morning! (They are STILL fave p.j.'s to wear Mimi :)
Lindsay must have asked us 1,000 times, "when can we open the presents?!?" Big girls went first... and yes! Santa did GREAT... just what they wanted... a Nintendo DS... "Now we can play with our cousins, Mama!!!"
Complete w/Mario cart (Dad likes this too ;) & girly games :)
Lydia totally was into opening the presents... she said, "Christmas" so cute... and that's what opening presents was to her, "Christmas! Christmas!" she ran around saying... a new baby doll that giggles...
And LeaAnn got a new tractor that moves w/the farm animals in the wagon :) but her fave present by far was her new blue cup... but Lydia liked that too ;)

Most of the morning you found Lindsay doing this...
and though Lauren loved her DS, she was found doing this most of the morning :) new art kits from Mimi & Pap... LOVE ... Lindsay just told me on Sunday, "mom... we like this SO much better, everything is so organized!" All the crayons, pastels, pencils, etc. have a spot that they 'click' into... huge hit :)
Lydia also jumping in on the "I cowor!" action :) oh yes, and cut too :)
And Liam... always trying to get into what her big sisters are doing :)
