Monday, May 19th we both had scheduled eye appointments. Lauren has done exceptionally well at school and has not complained of things being blurry, but up until the week prior had been sitting up front in the classroom. Now being in the middle of the room, she told me she walked up with her assignment notebook to write down what was on the board... I was happy I had made the appointment :) And sure enough, Dr. Susan told us she needed glasses, and did she ever! Lauren was amazed!
Not exactly sure how she was lucky enough to get two pairs... but she did ;) aren't they adorable!
She wore them outside and said, "Mom! That sign say 'restaurant' and that sign says 'hurrican grill'." It was really sweet :) And when she came home from school she was amazed at all the details she could see :) I remember that same feeling!
And b/c she's so darn cute, and I forgot to add them in at the bottom of Emma's birthday post ;) Ms. LeaAnn at 3-2mo, in her new swimsuit cover up & hat from Aunt Jill for her birthday! How stinkin' cute is she?!?
This was after Emma's birthday party and on our way out the door to Ashley Benton's graduation party :)
Lauren you look gorgeous! I remember how amazed Delphina was when she first got glasses. Things were suddenly clear :)
