LeaAnn Claire turns 4..

She's 4... she's a really big 4 when she wants to be and she can sometimes slide into 1/2 her age and act 2 as well ;) but MOST of the time, she is a really grown-up, sweet & loving girl. 

Helpful & caring in all ways, from folding clothes, putting away clothes, putting away dishes, helping to cook, helping Dad w/chores, cleaning out the shed, helping mom pick up sticks... this girl LOVES to help. She still adores all babies and wants to hold and touch them all. She still loves all of her baby dolls too... Jenna, CJ, monkey baby, princess baby... there are 3 or 4 more (I'll have to get back to you on their names :)

She's very independent, beats to her own drum and not afraid to do her own thing... ADORES her sister... all of them, equally. For different reasons of course, Warn for big-girl things, Lindsay for fun laughing things and Ly-T-ia for playmate things.  She truly is a very special little-big-girl. Tiny baby, monster baby... her list of nicknames goes on and on :)

She loves clothes :) putting outfits together... she is so creative about it.

And that night we took her to Wolfey's... and Grandpa even met us there! (Grammy was in Colorado already skiing)

He even bought her a present... magic marker coloring books that are a huge hit! Way to go Jim!

And Chris took his last daughter to her 4-yr-appointment... this is a King Dad duty b/c I can't do all those shots at once... She was not nice to the doctor and refused to talk (b/c she was ticked off she had to take her clothes off! ) but was super brave and didn't cry at all ... crazy kid.

Wednesday, April 22nd - LeaAnn's open house for preschool next year! Should have gotten a few better ones... sad that Lauren & Lindsay couldn't be here w/her (they were too) but big-sister Lydia did a pretty good job 'showing' her around...

To say the least, LeaAnn is beyond excited to join the 'big-girl' club and attend school... and mom thought she was ready... and now, she's not so sure ;)
