Our annual visit to Rigdon's tree farm (can't remember the 'official' name) to pick out our tree! We made progress this year! I wasn't pregnant, no one was sleeping in an infant car seat (in the van) while we hunted, it didn't rain or snow (until we were done) and everyone could walk (for the most part ;)
It was cold though... but manageable :)
So of course we found it quicker than we should have... here is everyone's version of 'smile - we found our tree!'... cute huh?

Needless to say we should have went with Lydia's theory of a smaller tree b/c this one was so big that it fell over on Lindsay 1/2 way decorated! Looks pretty though ;)
Later that night...making cookies at Grammy's! Boys were out on the town celebrating Jim's 65th birthday... so we made it a girl date-night :)
Complete with this pie-rolling board and cool cloth that makes dough & flour, rolling & cutting MUCH easier :D Leave it to Grammy...
Took LeaAnn a bit to warm up... finally my arms are free. She continues to break my back.. constantly.
A drawing game on the Kindle... always a good entertainer :) Actually they play a 'guess the picture' drawing game with Mimi from Grammy's Kindle... it's really fun for them.
And baths to top off the night. Love how she's going down the steps like a big girl :)

bed-time snack.. drove home and we all crashed :) Super-fun & exhausting day!
