This girl was suuuppper excited about her birthday celebrations this year :) And I don't blame her of course! The day was cold, much like the day she was born! Here she is before school. She took zebra cakes as her treat for a snack. The zebra stripes was her 'theme' this year :)
Lindsay 6-8mo & Lauren 8!
Lola agreed to watch Lydia & LeaAnn for me and I got to go and eat lunch with the birthday girl :) Very fun, my first time getting to do that with any of them. I had to giggle thinking of Chris sitting on the tiny seats at the table :)
Here they are after school...
SO hard to wait to open her presents... :) Dad was still working.
She picked out her outfit all by herself :)
FINALLY... Dad did come home :)
As you can see here she opened her American Girl Doll :) I video taped that... to be on another post ;) She was very excited and after she received some help from Dad, Lauren decided to name her Crystal. :D
Here she is opening up the Doll & Me clothes that Mimi gave her.
Signing Crystal up on-line...
the little-one feeling left out... :)
Grammy & Papa Jim came over for dinner! The birthday girl requested Pad Thai and it was a hit for everyone.
Had to keep this b/c it's such a common occurrence and an adorable one at that :)
Time for cake!! :D Isn't it awesome?!? Grammy's great talents at work :)
Thinking hard... she wouldn't tell us her wish ;)
LeaAnn couldn't wait for cake!
It was delicious :) Marilyn Peck's chocolate frosting recipe... delicious!
And look who was a good sport and took a family picture!!! :)
Have to give him credit, he did pretty well ;)
Matching jammies :) thank you Mimi!!
And b/c there was all the talk about babies and being in mommy's tummy... Lydia decided to make herself have babies in her tummy! ;)
I know that Lauren and Lindsay did the same thing at Grammy's house once :)

lol....love the babies in Miss Lydia's Tummy :)
