And the camping season begins! :) Pulled into Coffins Grove to kick off summer May 24th... and as you can see, we're all wearing jeans and jackets :(

Friday night the kids ran hard! Everyone was so excited that the weekend was finally here :)

And then it poured ... all night... and all day :( Here we are in the camper... notice the sweatshirt & jeans?!? Doesn't she look adorable??
It was freezing in the camper... had to go home and get the Eden Pure heater... redic!

Went home, took naps, woke up and decided. FINE. We're winter camping. Went upstairs, grabbed hats & coats, put a smile on my face and had a nice night :) Dana & Kris - we look happy right?!?
And how could I not be happy... look what Craig made me?!? :D
My very own fire poker! With a label that I thought was SO cute... adorable. I was so touched :)
LeaAnn was queen of our camper... and of the campground if you asked her ;)

Then it started to rain again... and LeaAnn decided the rain was not going to stop her!

We managed to cook a feast! Chris smoked a loin, Hogans had pork wings, Kris made bacon-wrapped-asparagus... waaayyy to much :) and oh so good.

They managed to eat outside in chairs, b/c all the picnic tables were soaking wet.

That night, Kyle & Lydia watching Rescue-bots (I had to do a double take on this picture.. I thought it was LeaAnn!) But Ms. Wiam put herself to bed at 7pm this night! And she stayed there b/c she loved, "my bed! my camper!" so much ;)

Overall we had a great time... I just wouldn't choose to do it again ;) Crossing our fingers for nicer weather next time!
