I'm not sure how this was decided upon, but the kids were SO EXCITED! Donnie took Carson to Kings Island and dropped Elle off at 8am b/c Ashley was on call. I took the girls to Kohls & Target for 'vacation' shopping earlier in the day and we knew they all wanted to go swimming but wasn't sure about a pool? So however we decided to do this, it was brilliant :D Elle & Carson have done it before and I'd seen pics, but never dreamed it would turn into such a riot!

Really, after I saw all of them in the water... floating, and loving every minute of it I instantly thought, they CAN do this! We can have a houseboat vacation!

I am ecstatic about that thought as you can tell :)

As you can see they swam all the way across!

No fish nibbled on toes :)

and we didn't see any turtles or snakes...

complete bliss...

Mom or I can't remember how/why we saw the rainbow... it did storm, but AFTER we were inside safe & sound :)

Mimi said, "you did it!" and the girls said, "we did what?" and she said, "you all lined up oldest to youngest on your own" :)
