Chris "King Dad" turned 36!! :D I will say that I started baking & making him sweets 2-weeks prior... monster cookies on 10/22 (which he actually shared with his dad :) we had brownies w/german chocolate frosting at the campground, and then I made M&M fudge bars just the day before for the Fall Festival at Cook's. So he was stocked! Hence the reason we sang to his cheeseburger pie as the birthday cake. :)
Cheeseburger pie has been one of his favorites for a LONG time... probably 10-years ;) I just never really did like it. But tonight I added, mushrooms, peppers, onions & spinach... along with the cheese, hamburger & bisquik... now we're talking! It was really good!
Lydia stood on a stool and said, "here daddy, I'll turn the lights out for you!"
Isn't this so great?!? Now why they can't smile at the same time, together and all be looking at the camera when we're actually trying to take family pictures?!? I have no idea... but I'm glad they did here. :D Happy Birthday King Dad!!! We all love you :)
