LeaAnn at 20-months

New words: hey(!), me, door, cock-a-doodle-doo, piggy, dog, OK(!), trying to say Lauren & Lindsay (Wee), we've got Wyia(!) down pat ;) peek-a-boo, dress, truck (which then usually leads to DaddEEE!)

From month 19 to 20 she has grown a ton... overall and with her words. She loves books, reminding me so much of Lauren when she was this age... she looks like her too! See comparrison pics below :)

Here we are Friday, 11/9/12 - before heading to town to get a new camera & lens! It was actually Lydia's photo shoot but we are playing 'peek-a-boo' behind the calf condo... worked pretty slick ;)

Until she face planted & Lydia landed on top of her :( but these were pre-fall.

Oh yes! And she likes dresses now too... monkey see, monkey do :)

And here we are on Saturday, 11/10/12.. .my first 'subject' to shoot with MY. NEW. CAMERA.!!!! And it did everything I wanted, PLUS some... I am so over-the-top I have no words. :D My old camera NEVER would have picked up this detail... you can see the detail in her eyes and I am far away!!

I adore this picture. I love the green on the ground, the silver bucket, and the pink in her bow & boots...

And I kept zooming in so you could see that the picture was actually THAT clear, even from far away... so pumped...

as if you didn't already know ;)

 LOVE

another LOVE...

 She still has the bluest eyes of all of them...

I kept b/c I love the close-up detail... again, something the old camera/lens would not have done.

She still loves her "bankies!" and is really quite determined... I know they all were, but there is somthing different about LeaAnn. I'm going to say it's b/c none of the other three did not have a 7-1/2 & 6-yr-old to observe. She's strong and smart... so when she doesn't want to do somthing, she quickly figures out a way to  get out of it. Hates to be told no... as every almost 2-yr-old does, and usually figures out a way to do what she's NOT supposed to be doing! (Like spitting her milk out and smiling while she does it) I'm ready for her to turn two so time-outs will apply! :)

Still a big daddy's girl... (Lauren & Chris were hanging Christmas lights in 70-degree November, Iowa weather :D)

She loves the cows... any animal for that matter. Again, more than I remember the other three... but I could be mistaken :)

Look at that!!! Another Lauren, December 2006... they look like twins to me! And I have to mention that LeaAnn also LOVES shoes...
