Woke up Sunday to a beautiful day... Chris decided to try and take LeaAnn home again for a nap (that didn't work again) ;) and the rest of us hung out at the campground. When Craig announced he was taking the boys fishing, he had a whole crew that was right there with him, wanting to tag along. :) (Including a few adults ;) This particular pasture is a mile from the campsite, and John & LeaAnn Smith are the owners, a win-win situation!
The kids immediately dove in...
And it proved to be a HOT spot for fishing! As in, put the pole in and pull a fish out :) More specifically a 'chub' :)

So cool! The lighting was perfect.. I didn't have my big camera originally, luckily Maggie was at the campsite and drove it down to me :)
Here I am getting yelled at by Craigy b/c I'm in the water scaring the fish ;)

Lydia was napping at the camper, Aunt Kris was her bodyguard. Poor girl... she slept for 3-hrs straight! And missed the fun, but she didn't know it ;)

And LeaAnn walked around demanding people listen to her :)
And then the kids started playing 'Cheetah'?? Or something like that. They were attacking the other body of water over the sand bar :)

We had a huge crew that night, tons of fun :)
And I put my camera away at this point, but we had lots of fun with sparklers when it turned dark! Pap, our trip to Indiana for the special sparklers was a huge hit AND we took your advice and lit them in the fire :) and saved our finger-tips! I can't believe Labor Day weekend has come & gone again.
