LeaAnn & Lydia

LeaAnn around 2-1/2 - things I don't want to forget... and have been so terrible at writing down!

• drinks from the side of her mouth and only sucks the tip of her thumb from the same side of her mouth that she drinks out of :)
• 'yup!'
• I hold you

• seep good, juice, waffle, cheese toast
• still doesn't watch tv
• likes Thomas the Train toothpaste
• loves books
• JOINED dance... and she couldn't be more ecstatic about being a 'big-girl' and dancing 'wike Waren and Winsey and Wyia!' :D

• and waren? yup. and windsy? yup. and wydia? yuuup.
• put my hair up
• She is my snuggle bug in bed... climbs right in, doesn't toss and turn and falls fast asleep :)

Here's my girl... enthralled with Craigy (whose holding the fish) and with whatever her 'big-people' are doing... not to be left out and just so edible it's ridiculous. (until it's bedtime and she won't stay in bed nor will she fall asleep!)

Her hop-run-bop all over the place... and this smug-smile, and gorgeous floppy-hair... she looks so much like Lindsay at this age it's scary.

Check it out... whose, who?!? Is that not just amazing... oh it just brings tears to my eyes that this was Lindsay... tall, long-legged, 7-yr-old daughter of ours who I can barely carry up the stairs anymore... used to look (and act (!)) just like LeaAnn... and has suddenly grown-up.. poof. Just like that.

Lydia at almost 4???!!! - the absolute Lauren in the LeaAnn/Lydia relationship :) "here I'll take care of you WeaAnn... " "Oh, there, there... I'll wash your hair and make it all better."  Master of 'doing it anyway' and selective hearing, is ultimately a hilarious little girl who has had a growth-spurt, and rather than up, it's out! :D ha!

• She buckle herself in AND LeaAnn in... such the mom, just as was Lauren.
• honestly I'm going to have to write down all of her one-liners for an entire day and make a post... she is. hilarious. :)
