Houseboat trip - Day #3 & #4

Day #3 - Friday, August 3rd, 2012

Para-sailing! :D Maggie & Fred, Dawn & Ryan and Baragary & Lacy all went! Looks like a ton of fun... something I might have to try next time ;) These pics are from Maggie.

We dropped them off, headed back to the boat to collect garbage & get everyone else. And since we were all in the same area, we decided to head to one of the many bars around and have a few appetizers.

And lucky for us, a nice lady agreed to take our group picture, though she didn't do a very good job! :(

When we arrived back at the boat, a crew went out skiing...

 And I love this! :D She put it together in photoshop... he was disappointed that he did not get up on one... but he gave it a good shot!

and I painted Kelly's toes ;) He took this picture I'll have everyone know :D This was all I took from our Friday fun-day... we had pork loin & potatoes for supper... another gourmet meal! :)

Our last day - Saturday, August 4th, 2012

What a sad day this was! Tried not to think about it too hard ;) We floated ...

enjoyed the sun...

and visited the famous, 'Party Cove'!

It was amazing...

An unbelievable amount of boats...

Including police boats greeting you as you entered the cove - yikes!

And the money that was in this cove... amazing.

I wanted to see this inside of this boat so bad.

There was a floating 'food-stand' - what a great idea! :D

There's a Hawkeye flag in that mix ;)

Food stand came complete with a delivery boat :)

It just went on and on and on!

Craziness...

And the amount of traffic that was in the main channel was equally amazing. It created waves that Sean's boat couldn't take! We took in water on the front of the boat on the way back to the 'pontoon' ...

Back at the 'pontoon' we set out to try enjoy our last evening as much as possible ;)

Oh yes, and I failed to metion that the water was like bath-water it was so warm...right up my alley :)

Then I very carefully sat on a raft with my camera in order to get 'good-pictures' of Chris going down the slide...

This was the man who didn't even want to get in the water on the first day! He earned the V.I.P. award for the trip :D

And that was all I wrote... couldn't bring myself to take anymore pictures on the last day... too depressing. The only thing I can say is I can't wait to go back... Chris & I rated the trip an 11 on a 10-point scale :D THANK YOU to our parents for making the trip possible! B/c w/o childcare... it definitely would not have been the same ;)
