Sunday, 8/3/14
On Saturday when we arrived we unpacked our room a little and headed to the beach! The little girls were not so sure of the salt in the water... but as you can see by the end of this day, no problems at all! We ordered in pizza and enjoyed the view.
Sunday morning Donnie was on breakfast duty (almost every morning), and it was early. I missed it almost every day ;) Ashley, Mom & I went to several stores doing the tedious initial grocery shopping... but well worth it in the end! Here we are back, and getting ready... and Chris at his 'station' that he assumed at least once/day :)
Relaxing :)
typical for cousin relaxation time ;)
Times up! Back to the beach we went... so amazing to just be able to pick and choose when you want to go to the beach.. or the pool, or the lazy river... such a luxury!
Look at this amazing place!
I kept this picture, b/c goggles were a HOT commodity on this trip... one pair was definitely not enough ;)
LeaAnn was in her element... as you will see from the 100's of pictures that I have over the course of the next 6 days...
And the water.. so still! And clear... just amazing.
Sun came out :) and so did Mr. Koontz! I hope he likes it, he asked for it! ;)
We are on vacation!!!
the triplets :) we made sure this happened when we were in Ohio a few weeks ago!
Come on Carson... don't you want to take a picture??? :)
He obliged...
how cute is he!
I believe we had to head in b/c of a pop-up storm... here they are coming back out.
Lovin' the beach life...
We all were! The boys...
Ah yes, the 'element' I was talking about ;)
hello gorgeous! love, love this picture...
And then this... why yes, those are dolphins. I mean, of course they are... why wouldn't there be dolphins just swimming by the shore so close we could see them?
What?!
I've never seen live dolphins in the ocean in my life!
Amazing. That's all I can say.
The first of many crabs...I could eat. her. up!
Wishing we were those people!
Look how close!
The ocean was like bath water... so warm and so inviting...
pinch me... (we were really there?? why in the world did we leave!?!)
Um yes, please & thank you... we are on vacation and loving it! (And yes, I do want to go back. :)
