September 2015

The month of September flew by... I couldn't put my finger on it. Maybe b/c I increased my hours and no longer had 2-days/week at home? Maybe b/c all four of them were attending school, maybe b/c Lydia was in Kindergarten? I really don't know, but I felt as if I were at the bottom of a glass and water just kept pouring in and I could not get to the top.  And the response I get is, "get used to it" :)

Here's what I got for September!

Lindsay had a cool field trip to Fontana where they tagged Monarch's :)

Labor Day weekend Andrea drove us in her mom & dad's RV to a tractor pull :)

Reminded me of Dave Hiltbrand b/c of the Oliver 88 ;)

9/19/15 - Soccer

This was actually Thursday, October 15, (before Lauren hurt her foot :( ) We were in Cedar Falls this particular day... gorgeous sunshine we had!

I liked Keeley's kick in this one :)

This was a Monday on my way to work...found this guy enjoying himself... whoops! Fred helped me figure out who the owners were ;)

Friday, September 25, 2015 - Homecoming Friday at Independence... also the 2-year anniversary of the passing of little boy named Vinnie... I have read Kristi's blog posts since the beginning, prayed for her and her family, and that morning I prayed and their was this amazing sunrise and a perfect V in the middle. I had to take pictures of it. So annoyed with myself that I did not use my good camera.

But I sent them to her..

Pretty amazing...

That day, to my surprise, I got to drive a new truck..

And then a corvette!! B/c I knew how to drive a 5-speed! :D

 9/27/15 - and the girls participated in their first ever 5K! The Monti Apple Gallup! I'm going to be there no matter what next year :) way to go girls!
