Pre-Easter celebrations

Friday, April 18, 2014

A beautiful day! Easter eggs to color! We need people over to enjoy this gorgeous weather (that we haven't seen in ages) :D And so we did... impromptu of course, but it worked. These two quickly discovered that newly placed round-bales close to the cattle shed = easy access to the roof!

I have no words for this next series of pics, other than, if they get married (or for sure their graduation) we've got pictures covered :D

Love the 'flirt-feet' in the air?!?

A 'tease'... you have GOT to be kidding me ;)

He says, "no way..."

"But! I'll show you my karate moves!"

Hilarious!!!

"yeah... we can be friends again" :)

ridiculous!

They are 4-5months and 4-10months... who would have thought :)

Oh sunshine how we've missed thee...

The Easter egg queens!

Saturday, April 19, we headed to the Winthrop Easter egg hunt at the golf course... an all time favorite, decorating sugar cookies :)

B/c we then eat them of course!

This girl prefers to be a little less messy ;)

All the girls made paper-plate-chicks... super cute idea.

LeaAnn was obsessed with the Easter Bunny! She was all over him at B&B (when I was gone to Colorado... should have/will scan that photo to put in here) so she was ecstatic when he showed up again here!

the 'hunt'!

I loved their outfits... all them :)

And THEN... our next fun for the Easter weekend, the Larson's came over for the night! Here we are on the roof again ;)

Yes, Lindsay, you still can fit in it :)

Love, love... Blake & LeaAnn

Lydia & Emma

So cute!

Lauren took this picture... I love it!

She took this one too, and I also love it b/c this is the so typical... in the house or outside. An assortment of everything... everywhere. Ah... it's the life ;)

Love, love, love!!! Emma is 3-11months & Lydia 4-5months - thanks for snapping Aunt Jody!

And thanks for cleaning the barn Aunt Jody! It's amazing to me how Jody can turn any space into a workable/playable area... she is a complete natural at this, as she has done this several times at our house and constantly is at her house (houses!) :D the kids love it!

Lauren & Riley made a peach cake... SO good. (thanks to Aunt Jody again) Peaches, sprite, yellow cake mix & cinnamon... really yummy.

Here's the gang!

And the night wouldn't be complete without trampoline fun of course :)

So happy they came, we had a wonderful time! Such a special weekend, and we haven't even had Easter yet! ;)
