One of the more memorable moments ... after Santa's presents were opened, the first box Lydia & LeaAnn opened together was their box of clothes! LeaAnn was squealing with delight and Lydia was literally in tears :) you can see, this girl promptly changed into her new outfit!

Dad & Lauren quick made monkey bread before we started presents and it was so good! Thanks to Kris for the recipe :D
And I made a egg/sausage/spinach bake that also super yummy :)
King Dad thought he was getting the 'year off' and did not have to put anything together... but! he was wrong ;) Lydia got a 500-piece Shopkins Lego set!
He literally couldn't tear himself away from it... he loved it :)

This was wrapping paper that Lydia had made :) So... I really don't think I have any more pictures from Christmas??? Maybe I have video? But I'm guessing not... I do remember thinking... I just want to enjoy and not feel 'obligated' to take pics... and now of course, wish I would have more :)
Jeanette came over and we got to wish her a happy birthday and we played a few rounds of Shanghai... and then we followed our tradition and headed up to Wilgenbusch's in the evening with some appetizers and we all played games. Super fun ending to a really great Christmas day!
