Another drive to Ohio on Monday, girls did awesome again & Mimi was our chauffeur! We managed to squeeze in a trip to the pond (b/c Lydia was exclaiming, "I go fishing w/Pap!") & chicken on the patio :D The next day, our cousin-fun began! Elle & Carson came over for the day. We started out with puppet shows. And I forgot about the puppet theater! Grandma Rita made us & the Duffin's one each and a mouse puppet to go with it. Thinking it might be worth replicating, what do you think Grammy?? ;) Lydia had to see what was 'behind the scenes' ;)
Carson said, "let Mimi do it! She's the best!"
Ms. LeaAnn decided she might be interested too...
Love that monkey... not sure where it came from, maybe the Smoky Mountains? But it squeaks, and the arms & legs velcro around the person holding it. There's a picture of me putting it on Dave at a tractor-pull once :)

Ate lunch, laid the little two down for a bit, then headed to friends, Mike & Karen Finkbine's house to swim! Here is super-helper/friend/baby-sitter, Michaela Finkbine :D She's going into 8th grade and loves kids and is so good with them! We were trying out the floaty-car on LeaAnn but she didn't love it...

Big girls went to VBS at Jacksonburg church that evening after having hot-dogs for dinner. LeaAnn & Lydia were beyond tired, forgot how much sun/heat/water takes it out of kids! (not to worry, we do it all over again tomorrow of course ;)
All these pictures of the kids swimming makes me really really want to talk fred into getting one for our backyard :)
