The day after her birthday, I made her 5-yr well child check. And she was going to celebrate her birthday at school that day, so of course we dressed like Elsa herself ;) See that wand she's holding? Lydia loves it of course, a gift from friend, Corbin...but wow! That's a lot of "let it go! let it go!" ;)
I couldn't get Lydia to stop singing :)
Dropped LeaAnn off at Barb's and I was marveling at how cold it was outside for November and these beautiful sun-dogs came out... what?! In the middle of November? Obviously not the best pic, and if you can see through the dirty windshield you get the jest ;)

And it just so happened to work out that preschool did not have school on Tuesday, November 19th. I had to work and the big girls did have school. Grammy offered to watch the birthday girl, completed her present and her week long birthday celebration!
Grammy made her an apron (pictured) and they put it straight to use!
Taste testing... guaranteed for the girl with a massive sweet tooth :D
The other 1/2 of Lydia's present was this outfit, a Little Red Riding Hood cape, complete with a basket 'full of goodies'.... quite possibly Lydia's favorite part ;)
And the basket full of goodies contained this gingerbread house that the two of them assembled together after her nap :)
Grammy said she thoroughly enjoyed getting to decorate all by herself and not having to share ;) A perfect way to end her birthday celebrations!
That cape is amazing!!! Love it!
